Are there extra charges involved?

Each product with customization comes with two free design proofs. any other proof after these is at a cost of $20 per proof.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

How secure is this store?

All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

No. Everything on offered on Little Cat Design Co. is limited edition at this time.

What is your exchange / return policy?

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Certain products do not qualify for returns / exchanges, especially customized work. Returns must include a copy of our delivery packing slip. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. How long will delivery of my order take?

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 3-5 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal eCheck will take an additional 4 to 9 business days to allow for the eCheck transfer period.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.
